SHIPPING

Shipping of FEATURED PRODUCTS SHOWCASE items.

Please note that we only ship orders to Australian postal addresses.

All orders are shipped using Australia Post Parcel Post including Sign on Delivery.

If you are not present when delivery takes place a postal card will be left.

If you do not collect your parcel from the designated post office within this time, and the item is returned to us, the original delivery fee is not refundable, and you will incur a re-delivery fee.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 -2 working days of the order being placed. If an item is sold-out, or out-of-stock, we can advise you via email as to whether that item may become available to purchase in future

Most orders, for items in stock, take 3-10 days for delivery, however orders to remote areas may take longer.

After your order has been fulfilled, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

If your order is able to be electronically tracked via Australia Post, we will advise you of the details.

Goods arrived damaged, faulty or incorrectly sent? Please call our customer service staff in store within 48 hours on (03) 5155 1744.

We can also assist with warranty claims, by referring you directly to the manufacturer or supplier.
